We offer delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery to your door takes on average 1 - 3 working days, depending on your area. Most major centers have a 1 - 2 working day delivery time. Once delivery has been scheduled, you will receive tracking details and a link to track your orders online.
Standard delivery is FREE for orders totaling R500 or more.

Refund & Exchange
Our Easy Returns system makes getting a refund or replacement product hassle-free within the first 30 days of purchase. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days (two weeks).

We warranty our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for assessment or exchange, as per the warranty period stated per product. Any item damaged or defective due to the manufacturing process can be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Unused, new merchandise with original tags/stickers attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
